health is not just about what you are eating. it’s Also about what you are thinking & saying.

The decision to pursue a healthier lifestyle can be challenging and full of resistance so I first want to acknowledge you in seeking professional support and would love to share a little bit about my own complicated journey. Showing you the possibilities when you commit to changing your life and making your health a priority.

My path to becoming a health coach is probably not what you would imagine - especially from looking at me today.

The journey has been complex and incredibly hard at times but it abled me to gain valuable experience in what health looks like through the lens of many different experiences. All the way from ptsd in childhood to eating disorders & drug addiction to physical and mental complications after becoming a first time mother and more recently managing Graves Autoimmune. Through all these challenges along side my educations and certifications, yes, I learned a ton about nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle but most importantly that health starts with our mindset, sense of self and emotional wellness.

It is my unique and complex journey to HEALth that makes me passionate to guide others and I believe all of my story has been a catalyst to understanding and achieving optimal health amidst even the greatest adversity.

Using my personal experiences, compassionate and approachable personality I am a gentle guide into the often times confusing world of health. You will feel comfortable working with me no matter your level of knowledge or experience and walk away feeling empowered to create a healthier lifestyle in the long term



Ways we can work together:

  • 1:1 coaching - in person in Los Angeles or via video chat internationally. We will work together to create a program suited to your lifestyle and availability.

    Ranging from 6 weeks to 12 months there really is a program for everyone and I choose to offer a sliding scale of my prices to accommodate anyone that seeks my support.

    A typical program includes customized meal plans and recipes, tips on sleep, supplements, stress management and ways you can eliminate toxins from not just your body but your home while also digging into emotional wellness like connection, purpose and even your relationship to money.

    I am proud to say working with me is a multi-dimensional experience that will leave you feeling stronger, happier , healthier and more at peace body, mind and spirit.



  • Educational Grocery Shopping & Pantry Makeovers - This is one of my favorite ways to support clients because I feel like it is the most empowering ways for clients to create a healthy lifestyle long term.

    In person in Los Angeles area (or we can even do some sort of FaceTime/Zoom experience) we will do a full deep dive into your fridge and pantry figuring out where you need help and then shop together side by side so you feel confident in your future purchases.

    I can help you decode food labels, see through green washing & marketing and also with things like food storage and meal prep.

    This service really sets you up for success since food is such an integral part of your healing and one that can be the most overwhelming for people just starting out.
